Bina Wuzu Qur’an Chhoona (Saheeh Ya Ghalat?)

Humare zahno me aksar ye sawal ata hai ki Bina Wuzu Qur’an Chhoona sahi hai ya ghalat. Isi sawal ka jawab hum is chhote lekin Jame’ mazmoon me dekhenge, in sha Allah.

🟩 ‘Abdullah bin Abi Bakr bin Muhammad bin ‘Amr bin Hazm se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne jo kitab ‘Amr bin Hazm (RA) ke liye likhi thi, us me (Ye bhi tahrir) tha: “Qur’an ko sirf tahir (pak-saf) hi chhue.”  (Muwatta H# 470,  Daraqutni  1/121, 122) 

Dhyan rahe ki Napaki 2 tarah ki hoti hai. Hadas Akbar (Badi Napaki), jisse paki ke liye ghusl zaruri hai aur Hadas Asghar (chhoti Napaki), jisse paki ke liye wuzu zaruri hai.

Qur’an Majeed ki azmat ka taqaza bhi yahi hai ke ise har qism ki napaki se pak shakhs hi chhue. 

Ye hadees AKSAR ahl-e-ilm ki daleel hai ke jin par ghusl farz hai, aur jo bewuzu hain, wo Qur’an Majeed nahi chhoo sakte. 

🔷 Imam Malik (rh) ne farmaya: “Bewuzu Qur’an Majeed ko chhoona is liye makrooh nahi ke ise pakadne wale ke hath me koi cheez (najasat) hogi jis se wo napak ho jayega, balki Qur’an Majeed ki izzat aur ta’zeem ki wajah se ise bewuzu pakarna makrooh qarar diya gaya hai.” (Al-Muwatta: 470)

🔷 Hafiz Ibn ‘Abdul-Barr (rh) (d. 463 AH) ne upar wali hadees naql karne ke bad farmaya: “Is masale me fuqaha-e-Madinah, Iraq, aur Shaam me koi ikhtilaf nahi hai ke Qur’an ko sirf halat-e-wuzu hi me chhua jayega.” (At-Tamheed 8/271 wa nuskhah ukhra 6/8)

🔷 Imam Baghawi (rh) (d. 516 AH) ne farmaya: “Aksar ahl-e-‘ilm ka isi par ‘amal hai ke bewuzu shakhs ya junbi (jis par ghusl farz ho) ke liye Qur’an pakarna aur chhoona jayaz nahi hai.” (Sharh-us-Sunnah 1/363) 

🟩 Musa‘ab bin Sa‘d bin Abi Waqqas (rh) ka bayan hai: Main (aksar) Sa‘d bin Abi Waqqas (RA) ke liye Qur’an ko pakde rakhta (aur wo padhte rahte the). Ek din maine khujaya to Sa‘d (RA) ne farmaya: Shayad tumne apni sharmgah ko chhua hai? Maine ‘arz kiya: Ji han. Unhone farmaya: Utho aur wuzu karo. Chunanche maine uth kar wuzu kiya, phir wapas aya. (Muwatta Imam Malik, H# 89)

(Sa’d bin Abi Waqqas RA is mauqif ke qayal the ki Sharmgah chhune se wuzu toot jata hai, jaise ki Abu Dawood H# 181 me milta hai. Wazahat yahan dekhe.)

🔷 Imam Baihaqi (rh) ne is asar par ye bab qayam kiya: ’’بَابُ نَھْیِ المُحْدِثِ عَنْ مَسِّ الْمُصْحَفِ‘‘ (bewuzu shakhs ko Qur’an chhoone ki manahi). (Sunan-ul-Kubra 1/88)

🟩 Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah bin ‘Umar (RA) ne farmaya: “Qur’an ko sirf pak hi chhue.” (Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaibah H# 7506)

Al-Ausat li Ibn al-Munzir (2/224) me “مُتَوَضِّیءُ”  ke alfaz hain, yani Qur’an ko sirf BAWUZU shakhs chhue.

🔷 Imam Ahmad (rh) ne farmaya: “Qur’an ko sirf pak hi chhue. Agar koi wuzu ke baghair Qur’an padhna chahe (phir bhi) ise na chhue to lakdi ya kisi cheez se page palte.” (Masa’il Ahmad bin Hanbal ba riwayat Salih 3/208, no: 1667)

🔷 Hakam bin ‘Utaibah aur Hammad bin Abi Sulaiman (rh) ne farmaya: “Jab Qur’an Majeed kapde (ya ghilaf) me ho to ise bewuzu chhoone me koi harj nahi hai.” (Al-Masahif la Ibn Abi Dawood: 759)

🔷 Shaikh-ul-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (rh) (Majmoo-ul-Fatawa 21/266), Allamah Ibn Rajab (Fath-ul-Baari 1/404), aur Ibn Qudama Al-Maqdisi (Al-Mughni 1/202) ke nazdeek Sahaba Kiraam (RA) me is mas’ale me ke “Qur’aan Majeed ko sirf pak chhue” koi mukhalifat mashhoor nahi hai.

🔷 Shaikh Muhammad bin Salih al-Usaimeen (rh) ne farmaya: “Ghaur o fikr ke bad mujh par wazeh hua ke tahir se murad hadas asghar (bewuzu) aur hadas akbar (janabat waghaira) se pak hona hai.) (Sharh Muwatta Imam Malik 2/60)

Jo log wuzu ke baghair Qur’an Majeed chhoone ke qail hain, un ke nazdeek bhi afzal o behtar yahi hai ke ba-wuzu ho kar Qur’an Majeed chhowa jaye. Lihaza afzal o behtar hi ko tarjeeh hasil hai aur isi par ‘amal paira hona chahiye.

Is mazmoon ka kafi bad hissa Hafiz Nadeem Zaheer Hafizahullah ki tahreer “Quran ko sirf tahir chhue” (Mahnama Al-Hadees Hazro, shumara 116, pg 5 – 8) se liya gaya hai.
