Dictionary ke hisab se ghusl ka matlab hota hai poore jism par pani bahana. Shariat ki zaban me ghusl kahte hain Allah ki ibadat ki niyat se ek khas tariqe se poore jism par pani dalna. Jis shakhs par ghusl farz hai to jab tak who ghusl nahin kar leta tab tak namaz, tawaf jaisi ibadate nahin kar sakta.
Isliye hamare liye zaroori hai ki hum ghusl se mutalliq sare masaail janne ki koshish kare. Is post me hum janenge ki Ahle Sunnat wal Jama’at ki taleemat ke mutabiq Ghusal Ka Tarika / Ghusl Ka Tarika kya hai, ghusl karna kab farz ho jata hai aur kin mauqon par ghusl mustahab hota hai. In sha Allah.

Ghusl Kab Farz Hota Hai?
In char halato me Musalman mard aur aurat par ghusl karna farz ho jata hai.
1. Josh aur shahwat ke sath mani (semen) nikalne par (isme swapndosh/ehtelam bhi shamil hai).
2. Hum bistari ke bad, bhale hi mani nikale ya na nikale. [Upar wali dono halaten janabat kahlati hain]
3. Mahwari (periods) ke bad.
4. Nifas ke bad. [Nifas: Woh khoon jo bachche ki paidaish ke bad maa ko aata hai]
Ghusl Ka Sahi Tariqa Kya Hai?
Ghusl ke 2 tariqe hain:
1. Mukammal Aur Mustahab Tariqa
Ye wo tariqa hai jis tarah ghusl karna mustahab hai lekin wajib nahin hai aur sunnat par amal karne ka sawab bhi milta hai.
2. Kifayat Karne Wala Tariqa
Ye chhota tariqa hai. Matlab ye hai ki agar aap is tariqe ke mutabiq ghusl karenge to aapka ghusl ho jayega aur Pakeezgi bhi mil jayegi. Lekin agar koi shakhs is tarah bhi ghusl nahin karta hai, to uska ghusl sahi nahin hai.
Mukammal Aur Mustahab Tariqe Se Ghusl Kaise Karen?
1. Paki hasil karne ki niyat dil se karen.
2. Bismillah padhen, apne hathon ko teen bar dhoye aur apni sharmgah se gandagi ko saf karen.
3. Namaz ki tarah poora wuzu karen.
4. Apne sir par teen bar pani bahaye aur baalon ko ragden yahan tak ki pani baalon ki jadon tak pahunch jaye.
5. Apne poore badan par pani bahaye. Apne badan ke daahine hisse se shuru karen phir baayen hisse ko dhoye. Use apne hathon se ragden taki pani poore badan tak pahunch jaye. Dhyan rahe ki bal barabar hissa bhi sookha na rah jaye.
Ghusl Ke Is Mustahab Tariqe Ki Daleel
Hazrat Maimuna (ra) (Nabi ﷺ ki biwi) bayan karti hain ki “Rasoolullah ﷺ ne ghusl ka irada farmaya to sabse pahle dono hath dhoye, phir sharmgah ko dhoya, phir baayan hath, jisse sharmgah ko dhoya tha, zameen par ragda, phir usko dhoya, phir kulli ki aur nak me pani dala, phir chehra dhoya, phir kohniyon tak hath dhoye, phir sir par pani dala aur baalon ki jadon tak pani pahunchaya. Teen bar sir par pani dala, phir sare badan par pani dala, phir jahan aapne ghusl kiya tha us jagah se hatkar pair dhoye.” (Saheeh Bukhari H# 265, Saheeh Muslim H# 722)
Hafiz Ibn Hajar (rh) farmate hain: “Kisi bhi hadees me (ghusl ka wuzu karte waqt) sir ke masah ka zikr nahin hai.” (Fathul Bari 1/472)
Hazrat Aisha (ra) aur Hazrat Abdullah ibn Umar (ra), Rasoolullah ﷺ ke ghusl janabat me wuzu ka zikr karte hue farmate hain ki Aap ﷺ ne sir ka masah nahin kiya balki us par pani dala. Imam Nasaai (ra) ne is hadees par ye baab (chapter, adhyaay) banaya hai: “Janabat ke wuzu me sir ke masah ko chhod dena.” (Nasaai H# 422)
Kifayat Karne Wala Tariqa
1. Paki hasil karne ki niyat karen.
2. Apne sare jism par pani dalen. Phir kulli karen aur nak me pani chadha kar jhade. Apne baalon ki jadon ko achhi tarah tar karen aur jahan pani pahunchne me kuch diqqat ho wahan tak bhi pani pahunchaye, jaise kan, baghlen, ghutnon ka andaruni hissa waghairah.
Shaikh Ibn Uthaymeen (rh) ne kaha ki is bat ki daleel ki ye ghusl kafi hai; Allah ka ye farman hai:
وَإِن كُنتُمْ جُنُبًا فَاطَّهَّرُوا
“…Aur agar tum janabat ki halat me ho, to (ghusl ke zariye) Paki hasil karo.” (Surah Al-Maida, 6)
Allah ne iske alawa aur kuch nahin kaha, lihaza agar koi shakhs ek bar sare jism par pani baha le to ye kahna sahi hai ki usne achhi tarah Paki hasil kar li hai. (Sharh Al-Mumti 1/423)
Aurton Ke Ghusl Ka Tarika
Aurto ke liye bhi ghusl ka tareeqa wahi hai jo mardon ka hai. Lekin Mardon ke baal chhote hote hain isliye unko bhigona aur sukhana koi mushkil kam nahin hai. Lekin aurton ke liye ye ek mas’ala ban jata hai. Shariat ne is bare me unke liye kuch asani rakhi hai jiske bare me na janne ki wajah se kai aurten khud ke liye mushkil paida kar leti hain.
Hazrat Umm Salama (ra) riwayat karti hain ki maine kaha, ‘Aye Allah ke Rasool ﷺ! Main apne sir ke baal khoob mazboot bandhti hoon. Kya main unhe ghusl janabat ke waqt khola karoon?’ Aap ﷺ ne farmaya, ‘Unka kholna zaroori nahin. Tumhare liye yahi kafi hai ki teen chullu pani apne sir par dalo, phir apne sare badan par pani bahao to tum pak ho jaogi.’ (Saheeh Muslim H# 744)
Isse maloom hua ki ghusl-e-janabat ke liye baal poora kholne ki zaroorat nahin hai. Sirf baalon ki jadon (root of hair) ko bhigona kafi hai.
➤ Magar ye hukm sirf ghusl-e-janabat ka hai. Ghusl-e-haiz (mahwari) ke liye baalon ko kholna mustahab hai.
Hazrat Aisha (ra) ko khabar mili ki Hazrat Abdullah ibn Amr (ra) aurton ko ghusl-e-janabat ke liye baal kholne ka hukm dete hain. Aap farmane lagi: “Ibn Amr par hairat hai, unhone aurton ko takleef me dal diya. Woh unhe sir mundwane ka hukm kyon nahin de dete. Main aur Rasoolullah ﷺ ek hi bartan me ghusl karte aur main apne (baal khole bina) sir par teen chullu se zyada pani nahin dalti thi.” (Saheeh Muslim H# 747, Saheeh Ibn Khuzaima H# 247)
Hazrat Aisha (ra) se riwayat hai ki unhe Rasoolullah ﷺ ne ghusl-e-haiz ke liye farmaya: “Apne baal kholo aur ghusl karo.” (Ibne Maaja H# 641)
➤ Iska nichod ye hai ki aurat ke liye janabat aur haiz ke bad ghusl me koi farq nahin, siwae ye ki haiz ke bad wale ghusl ki soorat me baalon ko kholkar ragadna zyada mustahab hai.
Aisi aurat ke liye ye bhi mustahab hai ki khoon aane wali jagah par khushboo lagaye taki nagawaar boo door ho jaye.
Ek bar Nabi ﷺ ne ghusl-e-haiz ke bare me bayan karte hue farmaya: “…..Phir mushk laga kapda ya ruyi (cotton) se Paki hasil karo (yani us kapde se khoon ke nishan ko saf karo).” (Saheeh Muslim H# 748)
Ghusl Ka Wuzu Namaz Ke Liye Kafi Hai
Hazrat Aisha (ra) se riwayat hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ghusl ke bad wuzu nahin karte the. (Tirmizi H# 107, Abu Dawood H# 250, Nasaai H# 253).
Yani ghusl ke shuru me jo wuzu karte the, usko kafi jante aur namaz ke liye dobara wuzu nahin farmate the.
Abadi me ghusl karte waqt parde ka ehtimam zaroori hai. (Saheeh Bukhari H# 280-281, Saheeh Muslim H# 386-387)
Doosri Tarah Ke Ghusl
Ghusl janabat ke bad un halat ka zikr kiya jata hai jinme ghusl karna wajib, masnoon ya mustahab hai:
Jumu’ah ke din ghusl
Jumu’ah ke din ghusl ko kuch ahl-e-ilm ne wajib maana hai aur kuch ne sunnate muakkidah/mustahab.
➤ Jin logon ne wajib mana hai, unki kuch daleele is tarah hain.
⚫ Hazrat Abu Sa’eed Khudri (ra) kahte hain ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya: “Jumu’ah ke din har baligh musalman par nahana wajib hai.” (Saheeh Bukhari H# 879, Saheeh Muslim H# 846)
⚫ Hazrat Abu Huraira (ra) se riwayat hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya: “Har musalman par haq hai ki hafte me ek din (Jumu’ah ko) ghusl kare. Isme apna sir dhoye aur apna badan dhoye.” (Saheeh Bukhari H# 897, Saheeh Muslim H# 849)
⚫ Ek sahabi sirf wuzu karke Jumu’ah me kuch deri se hazir hue to Umar (ra) ne khutba ke dauran unko daanta aur kaha ki “Rasoolullah ﷺ to Jumu’ah ke din ghusl ka hukm diya karte the.” (Saheeh Bukhari H# 878, Saheeh Muslim H# 845)
Ibne Hajr (Fathul Bari 3/13), Ibne Hazam (Al-Muhalla 1/255), Ibne Qayyim (Zadul Ma’ad 1/365), Albani (Tamaamul Minnah Page 120) waghairah ne isi mazhab ko apnaya hai.
➤ Jin logon ne Sunnat-e-Muakkidah /Mustahabb maana hai, unki kuch daleele is tarah hain:
⚫ Jisne Jumu’ah ke din wuzu kiya usne achha aur behtar kiya, aur jisne ghusl kiya to ghusl afzal aur behtareen hai. (Abu Dawood H# 354, Tirmizi H# 497)
⚫ Jisne wuzu kiya aur behtar wuzu kiya. Phir Jumu’ah ke liye aaya, dhyan se sunta raha aur khamosh bhi raha, to is Jumu’ah se pichhle Jumu’ah tak aur teen din zyada ke gunahon ko bakhsh diya jayega. (Saheeh Muslim H# 1987, Ibn Maaja H# 1090)
⚫ Jumu’ah ke din ghusl ka hukm dene ki wajah ye thi ki Sahabah Kiram mushkil halat me door-daraaz ke ilaqon se dhool, gard me lipte aur pasine se sarabor aate the. Jis wajah se masjid me pasine ki badboo phail jati thi. Isliye Nabi ﷺ ne unse kaha ki agar tum is din ghusl kar liya karo to (ye behtar hai). (Saheeh Bukhari H# 902, 903)
Charo Imamon ke nazdeek Jumu’ah ka ghusl Sunnat-e-Muakkidah hai, Wajib nahin.
Ibne Taymiah (rh) farmate hain ki ghusl Jumu’ah Mustahab hai. Albatta jisme pasine ki wajah se badboo ho, jisse namazi aur farishte takleef mahsoos kare to us par Wajib hai. (Majmu’ ul-Fatawa 2/232)
Mayyat Ko Ghusl Dene Wale Par Ghusl
⚫ Hazrat Abu Huraira (ra) riwayat karte hain ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya: “Jo shakhs murde ko ghusl de to use chahiye ke woh khud bhi nahaye.” (Abu Dawood H# 3161-3162, Tirmizi H# 993, Ibn Majah H# 1463, Ise Ibn Hibban (Al-Mawarid-751) aur Imam Hakim (1/23) ne Saheeh kaha hai.)
⚫ Hazrat Ibn Abbas (ra) se riwayat hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya: “Tum par mayyat ko ghusl dene se koi ghusl wajib nahin kyunke tumhari mayyat pak marti hai, napak nahin, isliye tumhe hath dhona hi kafi hai.” (Baihaqi (1/306) ise Hakim (rh) aur Zahabi (rh) ne Saheeh aur Ibn Hazam (rh) ne hasan kaha hai.)
➤ Dono hadeeso ko milane se mas’ala ye sabit hua ki jo shakhs mayyat ko ghusl de, uske liye nahana mustahab hai, zaroori nahin. Isliye Hazrat Ibn Umar (ra) farmate hain: “Hum mayyat ko ghusl dete (phir) hum me se kuch ghusl karte hain aur kuch nahin karte.” (Baihaqi 1/306) Hafiz Ibn Hajr (rh) ne ise Saheeh kaha hai.
Nau-Muslim Ghusl Kare
Qais bin Asim (ra) riwayat karte hain ki jab woh Musalman hue to Rasoolullah ﷺ ne unhe hukm diya ki pani aur beri ke patton ke sath ghusl karen. (Abu Dawood H# 355, Tirmizi H# 605, Ise Imam Nawawi ne hasan, Imam Ibn Khuzaima (H# 254-255) aur Imam Ibn Hibban (Al-Mawarid -234) ne Saheeh kaha hai.)
Eidain Ke Din Ghusl
Dono Eid, yani Eid ul-Fitr aur Eid ul-Azha ke din ghusl ke bare me Nabi ﷺ se kuch bhi sabit nahin hai.
Nafi’ (ra) ka kahna hai ke Hazrat Abdullah ibn Umar (ra) Eid ul-Fitr ke din ghusl karte the. (Muwatta Imam Malik H# 428, 436)
Hazrat Ali (ra) farmate hain: “Jumu’ah, Arafah (9 Zul Hijjah), Qurbani aur Eid ul-Fitr ke din ghusl karna chahiye.” (Baihaqi 3/278)
Ye Eidain ke din ghusl par sabse achhi daleel hai. Imam Nawawi (rh). farmate hain: “Is mas’ale me etimad Hazrat Abdullah ibn Umar (ra) ke amal par hai aur Jumu’ah ke ghusl par qiyas iski buniyad hai.” (Al-Majmoo’ 5/11)
Hafiz Ibn Abdul Barr (rh) farmate hain ki Eidain ke din ghusl ke bare me Rasoolullah ﷺ se koi hadees sabit nahin hai, balki Sahaba (ra) ka amal hai. Ahle ilm ki ek jama’at ke nazdeek ye ghusl, ghusl Jumu’ah par qiyas karte hue mustahab hai.
Ihram Ka Ghusl
Hazrat Zaid bin Sabit (ra) se rivayat hai ki Hajj ka ihram bandhte waqt Rasoolullah ﷺ ne ghusl farmaya. (Tirmizi H# 830, Imam Tirmizi ne ise hasan kaha hai aur Ibn Khuzaima H# 2595 me Saheeh kaha hai.)
Makkah Me Dakhil Hone Ka Ghusl
Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Umar (ra) farmate hain ki Rasoolullah ﷺ Makkah me dakhil hote waqt ghusl karte the.” (Saheeh Bukhari H# 1553, 1573, Saheeh Muslim H# 1259)
Ghusl Ka Wuzu Namaz Ke Liye Kafi Hai
Hazrat Aisha (RA) se riwayat hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ghusl ke bad wuzu nahin karte the. (Tirmizi H. 107, Abu Dawood H. 250, Nasa’i H. 253). Yani ghusl ke shuru me jo wuzu karte the, usko kafi jante aur namaz ke liye dobara wuzu nahin farmate the.
Aabadi mein ghusl karte waqt parde ka ehtimaam zaroori hai. (Saheeh Bukhari H. 280-281, Saheeh Muslim H. 386-387)
Is pure mazmoon me Ghusl ka tarika par tafseel se guftagu ki gayi hai. Umeed hai ki aap logon ko ghusl ke talluq se koi bhi confusion nahin hoga. Phir bhi agar koi sawal ya shubah ho toh comment box mein pooch sakte hain.
