Hadees ki Hifazat Aur Ahmiyat

Shariyat banane me hadeeson ki bhi utni hi ahmiyat hai jitni Qur’an ki kyonki hume dono chize Allah ke rasool ﷺ ke zariye he mile hain. Ye bat ek aam musalman achchhe se janta hai. Lekin jo log is bat se anjan hain ki Hadeeson ki ahmiyat kya hai aur unki hifazat kaise hui, wo is bare me khud bhi gumrah hain aur doosron ko bhi karte hai. Is mazmoon ke zariye hadees ki ahmiyat aur hifazat ko mukhtasar andaz me samajhne ki koshish karte hain.

Sahih Ahadees Bhi Allah Ki Taraf Se Hain

◆ Allah ne farmaya “aur wo (Muhammad ﷺ) apni khwahish se koi bat nahin kahte balki ye to ek ‘wahi’ hai jo unpar nazil ki jati hai.” (Surah Najm 3,4)
Is ayat se pata cala ki Nabi ﷺ par nazil hone wala Qur’an hi nahin balki unki Ahadees bhi Allah ki taraf se hi hain

◆ Aur ek jagah farmaya…
“beshak humne hi Zikr nazil kiya hai aur hum hi iski hifazat karne wale hai.” (Surah Hijr 9)
Yahan ‘Zikr’ lafz ka istemal hua hai ‘Qur’an’ ka nahin aur Qur’an me dusri jagah Rasoolullah ﷺ ko ‘Zikr’ kaha gaya hai.
◆ “Yaqeenan Allah ne tumhari taraf ‘Zikr’ (Yani Rasool) utara hai jo Allah ki ayat saf saf padh kar sunata hai.” (Surah Talaq 10,11)
Yahan ‘Zikr’ ka badal lafz ‘Rasool’ hai. Yani Allah ne jiski hifazat ki bat ki hai usme Qur’an ke sath hadeesen bhi hain.
◆ Isi tarah Qur’an me ek aur jagah irshad farmaya “Beshak Allah ne momino par ehsan kiya ki inme se he ek Rasool bheja jo inhen uski ayaten padhkar sunata hai aur inhen pak karta hai aur inhen Kitab aur Hikmat sikhata hai.” (Sural Ale Imran ayat 164)
Isse bhi pata chala ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne kitab (yani Qur’an) ke alawa Hikmat (yani Hadees) bhi Allah ke hukm se hi sikhai.
◆ “Aur tumhare gharon me Allah ki ayat aur jis hikmat ki tilawat ki jati hai usko yad karti raho.” (Surah Ahzab 34)
◆ “Aur jab unse kaha jata hai ki aao us taraf jo Allah ne nazil kiya aur jo Rasool ki taraf nazil kiya gaya to ap munafiqon ko dekhte hain ki wo apki taraf ane se katrate hain.” (Surah Nisa Ayat 61)
◆ “Qur’an ko Jama karna aur uska Bayan karna Allah ke zimme hai.” (Surah Qiyamah 16-19)
◆ “Ye Zikr Aap ﷺ ki taraf utara taki aap bayan kar de.” (Surah Nahl Ayat 43, 44)
◆ Iske alawa ek bar Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya; “Khabardar! Mujhe Qur’an aur uske jaise ek aur cheez (yani Hadees) di gayi hai.” (Abu Dawood H# 4604), jisse pata chala ki hadees ki haisiyat bhi Qur’an jaisi hi hai.

➤ Is tarah maloom hua ki Qur’an aur Sahih Hadees na sirf Allah ki taraf se hain balki donon ki hifazat ka zimma bhi Allah ne hi liya hai.

Rasoolullah ﷺ Hadees Ki Hifazat Ke Liye Kya Karte The?

Hadees Ko 2,3 Bar Dohrate

Rasoolullah ﷺ hadees ki hifazat me khusoosi tawajjo dete aur jab koi mas’ala bayan karte to use 2,3 bar, dohrate, yahan tak ki wo mas’ala samajh me a jata. (Bukhari H# 94,95,96)

Khud Ahadees Likhwate- (Bukhari 111, 112, 113)

Abdullah Ibne Amr (RA) farmate hain ki ‘Maine Rasoolulla ﷺ ki sari baaten likha karta tha. To mujhse Quraish ke baz logon ne kaha ki Aap Nabi ﷺ ki sari baaten likh lete hain halanki wo insan hain aur kabhi ghusse me bhi hote hain, to maine hadees likhna chhod di. Phir kuch dino bad maine ye bat Rasoolullah ﷺ ko batai to Aap ﷺ ne farmaya “Likha karo, us zat ki qasam jiski hath me meri jan hai, is (zaban) se sirf haq hi nikalta hai.” (Abu Dawood H# 3646)

Isi tarah Abdullah Ibn Umar (RA) bayan karte hain ki Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya “Ilm ko likhkar mahfooz karo” (Mustadrak Hakim 1/106)

Jo Log Maujood Nahin Hote Un Tak Bat Pahunchane Ki Hidayat Dete

Ek bar qabila Abdul Qais se kuch Log Aap ﷺ ke pas aye to Aap ﷺ ne unhen deen ki taleem dene ke bad farmaya ki “Isko yad rakho aur un logon ko batao jinko peechhe chhod aye ho.” (Bukhari H# 87)

Isi tarah Hajjatul Wada ke mauqe par farmaya “Jo log yahan maujood hain wo un tak bat pahuchayen jo yahan maujood nahin hai.” (Muslim H# 4384)

Hadees Ka Hukm Bhi Allah Ke Hukm Ki Haisiyat Rakhta Hai

“Un logon se lado jo Allah par aur Qiyamat ke di par iman nahin late, jo Allah aur uske Rasool ki haram ki hui cheez ko haram nahin jante.. (Surah Tauba: ayat# 29)

Miqdam (RA) farmate ain ki Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya “Dar haqiqat jo Allah ke Rasool ﷺ ne haram kiya hai wo usi tarah hai jaise Allah ne haram kiya hai.” (Ibn Majah H# 12, Tirmizi H# 2664)

Ek bar zina (adultery/fornication) ke bare me faisla dete hue Nabi ﷺ ne kaha “Allah ki Qasam, main tumhare beech Kitabullah ke Mutabiq faisla karoonga.” Phir zaniya ko sangsar (Patthar se marne) karne ka hukm diya. Jabki aisa hukm Qur’an me nahin hai. (Bukhari H# 2724, Muslim H# 4435, Muwatta H# 54,1597)

Ek aurat Abdullah Ibn Masood (RA) ke pas ayi aur kahne lagi ki kya aap kahte hain ki Allah ne jism godne aur godwane wali (Yani tattoo wali) aurton par lanat farmai hai? Apne farmaya han, to wo kahne lagi ki maine shuru se akhir tak Qur’an padha hai lekin ye bat kahin nahin mili. Tab apne farmaya ‘Agar tumne Qur’an (ghaur se) padha hota to usme zaroor pati, kya tumne ye ayat nahin padhi ‘aur jo kuch mere Rasool de use le lo aur jisse mana karne usse ruk jao.’ (Surah Hashr 7). Usne kaha han, tab Ibn Masood (RA) ne farmaya ki ‘Maine Rasoolullah ﷺ ko ye lanat karte hue suna hai.’ (Bukhari H# 4886)

Hadees Ki Ahmiyat Shariyat Banane Me

❂ Qur’an ki ayat me maujood kisi shart ko hadees khatm kar sakti hai
“Jab tum safar par ja rahe ho to tum par namaz qasr karne me koi harj nahin hai agar tumhe dar ho ki kafir tumhe satayenge.” (Surah Nisa 101)

Is ayat me namaz qasr karne ka hukm aise safar ke liye hai jismen khauf bhi ho. Isliye baz Sahaba (RA) ne Rasoolullah ﷺ se poochha ki ab to aman (Shanti) ka zamana hai aur hum ab bhi qasr karte hain to Rasoolulah ﷺ ne farmaya “Ye Allah ne tumko Sadaqah diya hai aur is Sadaqe ko Qubool karo.” (Yani baghair khauf ke bhi safar me namaz me Qasr karo) (Muslim H# 1573, Abu Dawood H# 1199)

Is tarah Qur’an me Qasr ka ho hukm sirf khauf ke liye tha, hadees ne us shart ko khatm karke am safar ke liye bhi lagu kar diya.

❂ Qur’an ki kisi ayat ke aam hukm ko hadees Muqayyad (restrict, fix) kar sakti hai
“Aur chori karne wale mard aur aurat ka hath kat diya jaye.” (Surah Maida 38)

Is ayat me chori ka mutlaqan zikr hai (yani kisi bhi tarah ki chori) jabki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya “Chor ka hath chauthai deenar ya isse zyada ki chori par kata jaye.” (Bukhari H# 6789)

Is tarah Qur’an me kisi bhi chori ke liye hath katne ka hukm aya aur hadees ne is par kam se kam chauthai deenar ki chori ki qaid laga di.

❂ Qur’an ke hukm ko hadees mustasna (Exception) kar sakti hai

“Tum par Haram hai Mara Hua janwar, khoon, Suwar ka gosht aur wo cheez jis par Allah ke siwa kisi aur ka nam liya jaye.” (Surah Maida ayat 3)

Lekin Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya “Humare liye 2 Murda cheezen, machhli aur Tiddi aur 2 khoon, Kaleji aur Tilli halal hai.” (Ibn Majah H# 3314)

Is tarah Qur’an ne sare murdar (dead) aur khoon Haram kiya aur Hadees ne iski Istisna (exception) bayan kar diya.

Bai’at Sirf Kitab Aur Sunnat Par

Rasoolullah ﷺ ke bad pahle khaleefa Abu Bakr Siddiq (RA) ne khilafat se pahle ek khutba diya jismen farmaya ‘Jab tak main Allah aur uske Rasool ﷺ ki ita’at karoon tab tak meri bat mano aur agar main Allah aur uske Rasool ki nafarmani karoon to phir tum par meri ita’at zaroori nahin.’ (Seerat Ibne Hishum 2/82)

Hadees Ke Bad Ghairon Ke Fatwe Ki Taraf Rujoo Par Sahaba (Ra) Ka Tarze Amal

Sayyidna Umar (RA) ke pas Haris Bin Abdullah (RA) aye aur poochha ki “Jo aurat qurbani wale din tawaf kar chuki ho phir use haiz a jaye to?” Umar (RA) ne kaha ‘(pak hone ke bad) akhiri amal Tawaf hona chahiye.’ Tab Haris (RA) ne kaha ‘Rasoolullah ﷺ ne bhi mujhe yahi fatwa diya tha.’ Is par Umar (RA) ne kaha ‘tere hath kat jayen, mujhse wo bat poochhta hai jo pahle Rasoolullah ﷺ se poochh chuka hai taki main unki mukhallifat karoon.’ (Abu Dawood H# 2004)

Sahaba (Ra) Ne Fatwa Hadees Ke Mutabiq Diya

Sayyidna Abu Bakr Siddiq (RA) ke pas ek chor laya jata hai. Jisne teesri bar chori ki thi. Do bar saza dee ja chuki thi, jismenn uska dayan hath aur bayan pawn pahle hi kata ja chuka tha. Ab sunnat ke mutabiq uska dursra hath kata jana tha. Isliye dusra paaon kat dete hain. Is par umar (RA) ne kaha ki ‘Us zat ki qasam jiske hath me meri jan hai, iska dusra hath hi kata jayega.’ To Abu Bakr (RA) ne uska hath katne ka hukm diya. (Sunan Baihqi 8/274)

Aisha (RA) bayan karti hain ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya “jisne us zameen ko abad kiya jis par kisi ka haq na ho to wo hi uska haqdar hai.” Urwah kahte hai ki Umar (RA) ne apni khilafat ke zamane me isi ke mutabiq faisla kiya. (Bukhari H# 2335)

Rasoolullah ﷺ Ki Hadees Ka Adab

Urwah (rh) ne kisi mas’ale par Abdullah Ibn Abbas (RA) se kaha ki ‘Sayyidna Abu Bakr (RA) aur Umar (RA) to aisa nahin karte the.’ To Ibn Abbas (RA) ne kaha ‘Wallah! Mujhe lagta hai tum us waqt tak baz nahin aoge jab tak Allah tumhe azab me na dal de. Main tumhare samne Nabi ﷺ ki hadees bayan karta hun aur tum Abu Bakr aur Umar ki bat karte ho.’ (Tabarani Ausat 42/1, Khateeb Baghdadi ki Al Faqeeh Wal Mutfaqqih 1/145)

AbdullahIibn Abbas (RA) ne ek shakhs se kaha “Rasoolullah ﷺ ne aisa farmaya aur tum jo kahte ho ki fulan admi ne aisa farmaya to kya tum is bat se nahin darte ki tum par azab kiya jaye aur tum zameen me dhasan diye jao.” (Sunan Darmi H# 445)

Masjide Nabwi me Bab-e-Jibrail ke pas ek darwaze ki taraf ishara karte hue Rasoolullah ﷺ ne irshad farmaya “agar hum ye darwaza aurton ke liye chod den (yani mard isse dakhil na hon to behtar hai).” Nafe (Rh) kahte hain ki ‘Abdullah Ibn Umar (RA) uske bad marte dam tak us darwaze se nahin guzre.’ (Abu Dawood H# 462,571)

Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya ‘Khuraim achchha admi hai agar iske bal (kandhon se) zyada lambe na hon aur Tahband Ko (takhno se) neeche na latkaye.’ Jab ye bat Khuraim Asadi (RA) tak pahunchi to unhone Fauran Tahband kat kar adhi pindli (shin) tak rakh li aur chhuri se apne balon ko kat kar chhota kar diya. (Abu Dawood H# 4089)

Sayyidna Ali (RA) kahte hain ki ‘Mujhe Rasoolullah ﷺ ne ek reshmi joda diya. Main use pahen kar nikla to aap ke chehre mubarak par ghusse ke asar dekhkar uske tukde karke ghar ki aurton ko de diya.’ (Bukhari H# 5840)

Jabir (RA) se riwayat hai ki ek bar jumu’ah ke din Rasoolullah ﷺ (khutbe ke liye) mimbar par tashreef laye aur farmaya “logon! Baith jao.” Abdullah Ibn Masood (RA) ne ye suna to masjid ke darwaze par hi baith gaye. Aap ﷺ ne dekha to farmaya “Abdullah! Masjid ke andar aa kar baitho.” (Abu Dawood H# 1091)

Jab Sahaba (Ra) Ne Kisi Ka Amal Hadees Ke Khilaf Paya

Abdullah Ibn Umar (RA) ne ek admi ko dekha ki wo apni qurbani ke Oont (camel) ko baitha kar zibah kar raha tha to Aapne faramaya “Isko utha kar khada karo aur iske (baayen ghutne ko) baandh kar zibah karo. Yahi Rasoolullah ki sunnat hai.’ (Bukhari H# 1713, Muslim H# 1320)

Ek bar Abdullah Ibn Umar (RA) ke samne ek admi ko chheenk (sneez) ayi to usne kaha ‘Alhumdu lillah, Wassalamu ‘Ala Rasoolillah.’ Ye sunkar apne kaha ‘Mai bhi Allah ki tareef karta hun aur uske rasool par durood bhejta hun, lekin Rasoolullah ﷺ ne humen sikhya hai ki chheenk ane par hum yun kahen ‘ Alhumdu Lillahi Ala Kulli Hal.’ (Tirmizi H# 2738, Mustadrak Hakim 2/265)

Ka’b Ibn Hajar (RA) masjid me dakhil hue to dekha ki Abdurrahman Ibn Umme Hakam baith kar khutba de rahe the. Ye dekhkar unhone farmaya ‘Is Khabees ko dekho ki baith kar khutba de raha hai, halanki Allah ne Qur’an me farmaya hai ki ‘Aur jab kisi tijarat ya khel ko dekhte hain to uski taraf daud jate hain aur tumko (Ai Nabi) khada hua chhod jate hai..’ (yani Aap ﷺ khade hokar Khutba dete the). (Muslim H# 2001)

Umara Ibn Ruwaibah (RA) ne Marwan (hakim-e-Waqt) ke bete Basheer ko mimbar par (khutbe ke dauran) dono hathon se ishara karte hue dekha to farmaya ‘Allah in donon hathon ko kharab kar de, maine Nabi ﷺ ko isse zyada karte nahin dekha (Aur phir apni shahadat ki ungli se ishara kiya). (Muslim H# 2016)

Abdullah Ibn Mughaffal (RA) apne bhatije ke baghal me baithe the. Usne hath se kankari phenki, tab Ibne Mughaffal (RA) ne use roka aur farmaya ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne is kankari phenkne se mana kiya hai. Kyunki isse na to shikar hota hai aur na hi dushman marta hai balki (agar kisi ko lag jaye to) daant toot jata hai ya aankh phoot jati hai. Usne dubara aisa hi kiya to Ibn Mughaffal (RA) ne ghussa ho kar kaha, “Main tujhe hadees bayan karta hun ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne isse mana kiya aur tu phir wahi kam kar raha hai. Ab main tujhse bat nahin karunga.’ (Muslim H# 5050)

Kya Tumhare Liye Rasoolullah ﷺ Ki Zindagi Behtareen Namoona Nahin!

Saeed Ibn Yasar (RA) bayan karte hain ki main Abdullah Ibn Umar (RA) ke sath safar me tha. Mujhe jab subah hone ka andesha hua to sawari se utar kar witr padhi. Jab Abdullah Ibn Umar (RA) se mila to unhone poochha ‘Kahan chale gaye the?’ Maine kaha ki meri witr bachi thi to main sawari se utar kar Witr padhne chala gaya tha.’ To unhone farmaya ‘Kya apke liye Rasoolullah ﷺ ki zindagi behtreen namoona nahin hai? Maine Nabi ﷺ ko dekha ki aap apni sawari par (bhi) Witr padh lete the. (Bukhari H# 999, 1000)

Saeed Ibn Jubair (rh) bayan karte hain ki Abdullah Ibn Umar (RA) ne farmaya’ agar kisi ne apne upar koi halal cheez haram kar liya to uska Kaffara dena hoga aur Qur’an ki ayat tilwat ki ‘beshak Rasoolullah tumhare liye behtreen namoona hai.’ (Bukhari H# 4911, 5266)

Agar Allah Ke Nabi ﷺ Aisa Na Karte To Main Bhi Na Karta

Umar (RA) ne Hajr-e-Aswad ko chooma aur farmaya ‘main janta hun ki tu sirf ek patthar hai aur tu na fayeda pahuncha sakta hain, na nuqsan. Agar maine Rasoolullah ﷺ ko aisa karte hua na dekha hota to main bhi kabhi na karta.’ (Bukhari H# 1597, Muslim H# 1270)

Anas Ibn Sireen (rh) bayan karte hain ki jab Anas (RA) Mulk Sham (Syria,Jordan wagairah) se wapas aye to hum unse ‘ainil tamar’ ke maqam par mile. Maine dekha ki aap gadhe par sawar hokar namaz padh rahe the aur aapka munh (face) Qible se bayin taraf tha. Is par maine kaha ki ‘maine aapko Qible ke alawa doosri taraf munh karke namaz padhte dekha’, to unhone jawab diya ki ‘Agar maine Rasoolullah ﷺ ko aisa karte hua na dekha hota to kabhi aisa na karta.’ (Bukhari H# 1100) (ye nafl namaz thi jisko sawari par baith kar padha ja sakta hai aur is halat me agar sawari qible se hat jaye tab bhi namaz me koi khalal nahin padta)

Abu Hurairah (RA) ne surah ‘Assama Un Shaqqat padh kar sajda kiya. Is par Abu Salama (rh) ne is bare me sawal kiya to unhone farmaya ki ‘Agar Nabi Kareem ﷺ ko sajda karte hue na dekhta to main bhi na karte.’ (Bukhari H# 1074)

Abu Saeed Khudri (RA) ek bar Jumu’ah ke din masjid me tashreef laye aur us waqt Marwan bin Hakm khutba de rahe the. Unhone 2 Rak’ate poori padh li. Jab aapne Jumu’ah padh liya tab kuch log apke pas aye aur kaha ‘Allah ap par raham farmaye, qareeb the ki log aap par toot padte (aur aapse jhagda karte). Aapne farmaya ‘maine to in donon rak’aton ko nahin chhod sakta jabki maine Rasoolullah ﷺ ko dekha ki unhone khud ek shakhs ko 2 rak’aten padhne ka hukm diya jabki Aap ﷺ khutba de rahe the. (Tirmizi H# 511, Sunan Darmi H# 1593)

Ye Amal To Sabse Behtreen Zat (Yani Rasoolullah ﷺ) Ne Kiya Tha

Hassan bin Sabit (RA) masjid me Islami Sher padh rahe the. Is beech Umar (RA) ka guzar hua to unhone narazgi ke andaz se ghoora. Is par Hassan Bin Sabit (RA) ne kaha ‘Main Is masjid me us zat ki maujoodgi me bhi sher padhta tha jo sabse behtar the (Yani Nabi ﷺ). (Bukhari H# 3212, Abu Dawood H# 5013)
Ek bar Jumu’ah ke din Sayyidna Ibn Abbas (RA) ne Muazzin ko Azan dene ka hukm diya. Us din barish ho rahi thi. phir Ibn Abbas (RA) me Muazzin se kaha ki ‘logon me elan kar do ki gharon me namaz padh len.’ Logon ne kaha ki ye aapne kya (ajeeb kam) kar diya? To unhone farmaya ‘Ye kam to unhone bhi kiya tha ho mujse afzal the (Yani Rasoolullah ﷺ). Kya aap ye chahte hain ki main logon ko gharon se nikaloon aur mitti, keechad, phislan me chalaun?’ (Bukhari H# 616, 901)

Ikhtilafi Masaail Me Bhi Sahaba (Ra) Ne Hadees Ka Daman Na Chhoda

Ek Mayyat ki nani Abu Bakr (RA) ke pas wirasat men haq mangne ayi. Abu Bakr (RA) ne farmaya ‘Allah ki kitab me tera koi hissa nahin hai aur Nabi ﷺ ki sunnat se mujhe (is bare me) kuch maloom nahin. Tum jao, main logon se poochh kar bataunga. Bad me Mughira bin Shoaba (RA) aur Muhummad Ibn Maslama (RA) ne bataya ki un logon ne Rasoolullah ﷺ ko aise mamle me chhatha (1/6) hissa dete hua dekha tha. Tab Abu Bakr (RA) ne bhi us aurat ko chhatha hissa dilaya. (Abu Dawood H# 2894)

Sayyidna Umar (RA) majoosiyon (parsiyon) se jizya nahin lete the kyunki Qur’an me jizya wasoolne ka zikr Ahle kitab ke liye hai. Lekin jab Abdurrahman Ibn Auf (RA) ne gawahi di ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne Hajar ke Majoosiyon se jizya liya tha to Umar (RA) ne bhi lena shuru kar diya. (Bukhari H# 3156, 3157)

Saeed Ibn Musayyib (Rh) farmate hain ki Umar (RA) farmaya karte the ki Deeyat (khoon baha, khoon ke badle khoon) sirf bap ki taraf ke rishtedaron ke liye hai, yahan tak ki Zihak Ibn Sufiyan (RA) ne unse kaha ‘Rasoolullah ﷺ ne meri taraf Paigham likh kar bhijwaya tha ki fulan ki biwi ko uske shauhar ki deeyat me hissa dilao.’ Phir Umar (RA) ne apni raye se rujoo kar liya. (Abu Dawood H# 2927, Tirmizi H# 2110 Ibn Majah H# 2642)

Sayyidna Ali (RA) ke pas chand murtad laye gaye to aapne unhen zinda jalane ka hukm diya. Abdullah Ibn Abbas (RA) ne hadees pesh ki, ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne faramaya tha ki “Kisi ko Aag (Fire) ka Azab na do.” Ali (RA) ne sunkar kaha ki ‘Ibn Abbas sach kahte hain.’ (Tirmizi H# 1458)

Umar (RA) ek bar apne Qafile ke sath Mulke Sham (Syriya, Jordan waghairah) ki taraf nikle aur raste me khabar mili ki wahan Waba (Plague) phail gayi hai to unhone wahan na jane ka faisla liya. Lekin baqi ke logon me ikhtilaf ho gaya ki jayen ya na jayen. Is par Umar (RA) ne meeting bulai taki maloom kar saken ki is bare me koi hadees hai ya nahin. Abdurrahman Ibn Auf (RA) ne hadees bayan ki, ki Nabi ﷺ farmate the ki “Jab tum suno ko kisi ilaqe me waba phail gai hai to wahan mat jao aur jab tumhare ilaqe me waba fail jaye to bhago bhi nahin.” Is par sab ne ikhtilaf chhod diya aur Umar (RA) ne Allah ka shukr ada kiya (ki unki rai Hadees ke Muafiq nikli). Salim Bin Abdullah (Rh) bayan karte hain ki ek Shami (mulk shum ka rahne wala) ne Abdullah Ibn Umar (RA) se Hajj-e-Tamatto (Hajj aur Umrah ek sath karne) ke bare me poocha, to Ibn Umar (RA) ne farmaya ki Halal hai. Is par Shami ne kaha ki aapke Walid (Yani Umar (RA)) ne to isse mana kiya hai. Is par Ibn Umar (RA) ne farmaya ‘agar mere Walid kisi kam se mana karen aur Rasoolullah ﷺ ne wahi kam kiya ho to ittiba mere walid ki hogi ya Rasoolullah ﷺ ki?’ Us shumi ne kaha ‘Rasoolulla ﷺ ki.’ To Ibn Umar (RA) ne kaha ‘Rasoolullah ﷺ ne Hajj-e-Tamatto hi kiya hai.’ (Tirmizi H# 824)

Marwan Bin Hakam ne bayan kiya ki Usman (RA) Hajj-e-Tamatto se mana karte the. Lekin Ali (RA) ne iske bawajood Hajj-e-Tamatto ka ihram bandha aur farmaya ki ‘Main kisi ek shakhs ki bat par Rasoolullah ﷺ ki hadees ko nahin chod sakta.’ (Bukhari H# 1563, 1569)

Sayyidna Umar (RA) ne Abu Moosa Ash’ari (RA) ko bula bheja, jab wo inke darwaze par aye, 3 bar salam kiya aur jawab na milne par wapas chale gaye. Umar (RA) ne poochha ki wo wapas kyun ja rahe the? Unhone kaha ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya the ki “jab tum men se koi 3 bar ijazat mange aur ijazat na mile to wapas chala jaye.” Is par Umar (RA) ne farmaya ‘Is par daleel pesh karo warna main tujhe kode lagaunga.’ Tab Abu Moosa Ash’ari (RA) ne Abu Saeed (RA) ke zariye is hadees ki tasdeeq karwai (Bukhari H# 6245)

Abdullah Ibn Masood (RA) se Umme Yaqoob ne daleel mangi thi ki maine to sara Qur’an padha hai. Mujhe isme ye bat nahin mili jiske mutalliq aap kahte hain ki Allah ne fulan fulan aurat par lanat ki hai. (Bukhari H# 4886)

Jab Umar (RA) qafile ke sath Mulke Sham ki taraf nikle aur raste me khabar mili ki wahan waba (Plague) phail gayi hai to unhone wahan na jane ka faisla liya. Lekin ismen ikhtilaf hone par Umar (RA) ne meeting bulai taki maloom kar saken ki is bare me koi hadees hai ya nahin. Jab Abdurrahman Ibn Auf (RA) ne wo hadees bayan ki jisme Nabi ﷺ ne aise ilaqe me logon ko jane se mana kiya jahan waba faili ho, tab sabne ikhtilaf chhod diya. (Bukhari H# 5729)
