Kya Muawiya (RA) Momino ke Mamoo Hain?
بسم الله والحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله
Hazrat Muawiya (RA) ke liye salaf-us-saliheen me ‘Khal-ul-Mu’mineen’ (Momino ke Mamoo) ka laqab mashhoor aur mar’oof hai. Lekin Mirza Jehlumi and Party, sirf bughz-e-Muawiya (RA) ki wajah se is laqab par etraz karte hain. Isse aage badh kar ye log un hazraat ko Mamoo Party kahne lage hain jo Muawiya (RA) par in logo ke lagaye ilzamat ka difa karte hain. Is mazmoon me hum isi etraz ka jaayza lenge aur dekhenge ki Mamoo Party me kaun-kaun log shamil hain, in sha Allah.
Qazi Abu Ya’la (rh) Ka Mauqif
Muhaddis Qazi Abu Ya’la (rh) (wafat 458H) ne Muawiya (RA) ke difa me ek azeem kitab likhi jiska nam hai,
تنزیہ خال المؤمنين معاوية بن أبي سفيان من الظلم والفسق في مطالبته بدم أمير المؤمنين عثمان رضي الله عنهما
Yani, Khal-ul-Mu’mineen Muawiya (RA) Ameer-ul-Mu’mineen Usman (RA) ke qatl ka badla mangne ke mamle me zulm aur fisq se paak hain.
Apni is kitab me Qazi Abu Ya’la (rh) farmate hain:
ويسمى إخوة أزواج رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أخوال المؤمنين ولسنا نريد بذلك أنهم أخوال في الحقيقة كأخوال الأمهات من النسب، وإنما نريد أنهم في حكم الأخوال في بعض الأحكام، وهو التعظيم لهم .
Yani, “Rasoolullah ﷺ ki biwiyo ke bhaiyon ko ‘Khal-ul-Mu’mineen’ kaha jayega. Humara maqsad ye nahin ke wo haqeeqat me (nasabi taur par) mamoo hain jaise walida ke bhai hote hain, balke humara maqsad ye hai ke wo mamoo ki tarah hain kuch ahkam me, wo ye ki inke liye tazeem hai.” (Safha no. 106)
Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal (rh) Ka Mauqif
Isi tarah Abu Haris Ahmad bin Muhammad (rh) bayan karte hain:
قال المحدث الخلال رحمه الله “أخبرني محمد بن أبي هارون ومحمد بن أبي جعفر أن أبا الحارث حدثهم قال وجهنا رقعة إلى أبي عبد الله ما تقول رحمك الله فيمن قال لا أقول إن معاوية كاتب الوحي ولا أقول أنه خال المؤمنين فإنه أخذها بالسيف غصبا قال أبو عبد الله هذا قول سوء رديء يجانبون هؤلاء القوم ولا يجالسون ونبين أمرهم للناس”
“Humne Abu Abdullah Ahmad bin Hanbal (rh) ko khat likha ki, ‘Aap aise shakhs ke mutalliq kya farmate hain jiska daawa ho ki: main Muawiya (RA) ko Katib-e-Wahi nahin manta, na Khal-ul-Mu’mineen (Momino ke Mamoo) tasleem karta hoon, balki (ye kahta ho ki) unhone ye laqab taqat ke zariye ikhtiyar kar liya?’ Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal (rh) ne farmaya: ‘Ye intehai buri aur raddi baat hai. Aise logo se kinara-kashi ki jaye, unki majlis ikhtiyar karne se door raha jaye, aur logo ke samne unki gumrahiya wazeh ki jaye.'(As-Sunnah lil-Khallaal: #659)
Imam Ibne Qudama (rh) Ka Mauqif
Ibne Qudama (rh) (wafat 620H) farmate hain:
مُعَاوِيَةُ خَالُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، وَكَاتِبُ وَحْيِ اللَّهِ، وَأَحَدُ خُلَفَاءِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ
“Syedna Muawiya (RA) Khal-ul-Mu’mineen, katib-e-wahee-e-Ilahi aur musalmano ke ek khalifa the.” (Limaa tul Eteqaad: Pg# 33)
Hafiz Ibne Asakir (rh) Ka Mauqif
Hafiz Ibne Asakir (rh) likhte hain:
خالُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَكَاتِبُ وَحْيِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ أَسْلَمَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ
“Momino ke Mamoo aur katib-e-wahee-e-Rabbul Aalameen hain, fatah Makkah ke din islam qubool kiya.” (Tareekh-e-Dimishq: 59/55)
Abu Mansoor Ma’mar bin Ahmad Asbahani (rh) Ka Mauqif
Imam Abu Mansoor Ma’mar bin Ahmad Asbahani (rh) (wafat 428H) Ahle Hadees ka ijmai aqeeda bayan karte hain:
إِنَّ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنَ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ كَاتِبُ وَحْيِ اللَّهِ وَأَمِينُهُ، وَرَدِيفُ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَخَالُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
“Syedna Muawiya bin Abu Sufyan (RA) ko wahee-e-Ilaahi ka katib-o-ameen, Rasoolullah ﷺ ke sath ek sawari par sawar hone aur Momino ke Mamoo hone ka sharf hasil hai.” (Al Hajjah Fee Bayan-ul-Mahajjah lil Imam Qawaam us Sunnah Abul Qasim Ismail bin Muhammad al-Asbahani: 1/248)
Hafiz Ibne Mulaqqin (rh) Ka Mauqif
Hafiz Ibne Mulaqqin (rh) (wafat 804H) likhte hain:
أَمَّا مُعَاوِيَةٌ فَهُوَ خَالُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ صَخْرِ بْنِ حَرْبِ الخَلِيفَةُ الْأُمَوِيُّ كَاتِبُ الْوَحْيِ، أَسْلَمَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ
“Syedna Muawiya (RA) Momino ke Mamoo, Abu Abdur Rahman bin Abu Sufyan Sakhr bin Harb Umawi Khalifa aur katib-e-wahee hain. Fatah Makkah wale saal musharraf ba-islam hue.” (At Tauzeeh li Sharah al Jaame us Saheeh: 3/343)
Abu Ishaq (rh) Ka Mauqif
Abu Ishaq, Nahshal bin Daaram (rh) (wafat 325H) ne Syedna Muawiya (RA) ka ‘katib-e-wahee’ aur ‘khal-ul-momineen’ kaha hai. (At-Tuyurriyaat lis Salfi: 4/1343)
Kya sirf Muawiya (RA) Ko He Momino ka Mamoo Kaha Jayega?
Kuch logo ka etraz hai ke aap log Muawiya (RA) ke liye he ye laqab (Khal ul-Mu’mineen) istemal karte hain, jabke Ummahaat ul-Mu’mineen ki deegar bhai bhi hain, unke liye kyon nahin istemal karte? Kya baqi Khal ul-Mumineen nahin?
Jawab: Ummahat-ul-Mu’mineen ke doosre bhaiyon ke liye bhi ye laqab istemal kiya ja sakta hai, jaise ke Imam Ahmad (rh) se Abdullah bin Umar (RA) ke bare me ye laqab manqool hain. Isi tarah doosre ke liye bhi ye laqab istemal kiye ja sakte hain.
Abu Talib bayan karte hain ke unhone Abu Abdullah (Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal rahimahullah) se sawal kiya, “Kya main Muawiya (RA) aur Ibn Umar (RA) ko Khal-ul-Mu’mineen kah sakta hoon?” To Ahmad (rh) ne farmaya, “Ji haan, kyunke Muawiya (RA), Nabi ﷺ ki biwi Umm-e-Habeeba bint Abi Sufyan (RA) ke bhai hain, aur Ibn Umar (RA), Aap ﷺ ki biwi Hafsa (RA) ke bhai hain.” Maine kaha, “Main kah sakta hoon Muawiya Khal-ul-Mu’mineen?” Aap ne farmaya, “Ji han.” (As-Sunnah lil-Khallaal: #657)
Yani ye samajhna ki doosre sahaba Khal-ul-Mu’mineen nahin hain, batil hai. Aksar kisi sahabi ke liye koi laqab mashhoor ho jata hai to iska matlab ye nahin hota ke wo sifat doosre sahaba me nahin.
Jaise Abu Bakr (RA) ke liye Siddeeq laqab mashhoor ho gaya, to kya koi kah sakta hai ke doosre sahaba Siddeeq (sachche) nahin the? Umar (RA), Usman (RA), Ali (RA) waghairah Siddeeq nahin the? Ye etraz bilkul be-ma’na hai. Doosre sahaba bhi Siddeeq the, lekin Abu Bakr (RA) ke liye ye laqab mashhoor ho gaya. Isi tarah Muawiya (RA) ke liye Khal-ul-Mu’mineen ka laqab mashhoor hai, jabke doosri Ummahat-ul-Mu’mineen ke bhai bhi is laqab me shamil hain.
Ek Shaitani Mantiq (Logic)
Mirza sahab ne ek video me is laqab par etraz karte hue kaha ki agar aisa tha ki Ummahatul Momineen ke bhai Ummat ke Mamoo kahlayenge to hume Qu’an aur hadees me aisa kuch milna chahiye. Is shaitani waswase ka jawab sirf ye hai ki isi buniyad par Umar (RA) ke liye Al-Farooq, Usman (RA) ke liye Zun-noorain, Ali (RA) ke liye Al-Mutaza aur Ayesha (RA) ke liye Siddiqa laqab bhi durust nahin hona chahiye. In sahaba ke ye sare laqab Qur’an ki kis ayat ya kis hadees se sabit hain? Ummat ne inko qubool kiya, isliye hum bhi qubool karte hain.
Ek aur mauqe par Ali Mirza sahab ne is bare me (apni samajh me) ek bahot aqlmandi wali bat kahi. Wo kahte hain ki phir is tarah aap log Ali (RA) ko momino ka chacha kyon nahin kahte, halanki wo Nabi ﷺ ke (chachazad) bhai hain? To iska jawab ye hai ki agar Ali (RA), Nabi ﷺ ke sagay bhai hote to ye muazna (comparison) theek hota kyunke Muawiya (RA) ya Ibn Umar (RA) sagay bhai hain, na ki chachazad ya khalazad bhai. Isliye is sawal ki buniyad he ghalat hai.
Khulasa
Ahle sunnat ke itne sare ahle ilm se Muawiya (RA) ke liye Khal-ul-Mu’mineen (Momino ke Mamoo) ke laqab ka istemal karna, un logo ke liye kafi hoga jo haq-parast hain, warna nafs-parast to Allah ke hukm ki bhi Taweel kar lete hain. Ahle ilm me se kisi ek ne bhi Muawiya (RA) ke is laqab par kabhi etraz nahin kiya. Waise bhi in Muhaddiseen ne Muawiya (RA) ko MOMINO ka mamoo kaha hai, jo momin he nahin unko pareshan hone ki zarurat nahin.
