بسم الله والحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله
Muawiya (RA) par ilzam ki series me ek ilzam ye bhi lagaya jata hai ki wo sharab peete the (Ma’az Allah). Is ilzam ko sabit karne ke liye jo daleel di jati hai us par tabsira karne ke baad aapko andaza ho jayega ki ye ilzam Arabi zaban na waqfiyat, hadees ko usool-e-muhaddiseen par na parkhna, isi mazmoon ki doosri hadees ke bare me la-ilmi aur bughz ki wajah se lagaya gaya hai.
Kya Muawiya (RA) Sharab Peete The? Musnad Ahmad 23329
Syedna Abdullah bin Buraida (RA) tabi’ee bayan farmate hain ke main aur mere walid Syedna Buraida (RA) Hazrat Muawiya (RA) ke paas milne gaye. Hazrat Muawiya (RA) ne hume farshi nashsst yani qaleen par bithaya. Phir khana laya gaya jo humne tanawul kiya. Phir humare samne ek mashroob laya gaya jo Hazrat Muawiya (RA) ne peene ke baad [wo mashroob wala bartan] mere walid ko pakda diya to Unhone [Syedna Buraida (RA)] ne farmaya: “Jabse is mashroob ko Rasoolullah ﷺ ne haram qarar diya hai, tabse maine kabhi use nosh nahin kiya.” Phir Hazrat Muawiya (RA) farmane lage: “Main Quraishi naujawano me sab se haseen tareen aur khoobsurat daanto wala naujawan tha aur jawani ke un dino me mere liye doodh aur achche qissa go admi se badh kar koi cheez lazzat awar nahin hoti thi.” (Musnad Ahmad H# 23329)
Mirza sahab apne research paper P5-b Waqia-e-KARBLA ke teesre baab me Hadees no. 31 ke tahat apne bughz aur jahalat ka izhar karte hue Muawiya (RA) par sharab peene ka ilzam lagate hain.
Is riwayat ke sath istidlal karne me kai issues hain.
- Iska tarjuma he durust nahin hai.
- Agar tarjume ko ignore kare to iski sanad par bhi kalaam hai.
- Jis muhaddis ne iski sanad ko saheeh kaha hai, unki wazahat ki taraf se aankh band kar li gayi hai. Uski taraf ishara tak nahin kiya gaya.
Sanad Zaeef Hai
Is riwayat ki sanad 2 wujoohat se zaeef hai.
① Husain bin Waqid rawi jab Abdullah bin Buraida (RA) se riwayat bayan kare to wo riwayat munkar (mardood) samjhi jayegi. Ye kalaam aajkal ke kisi muhaddis ne nahin balki is riwayat ko bayan karne wale Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal (rh) ne khud kiya hai.
🔵 Imam Ahmad (rh) iske bare me farmate hain:
قال ابي عبد الله بن بريده الذي رواه عنه حسين بن واقد ما انكرها
“Abdullah bin Buraida (RA) se jo riwayate Husain bin Waqid bayan karta hai, kitni hi Munkar hain!” (Yani bahot zyada Munkar hai) (Al-Ilal wa Ma’rifatur-Rijal: 1/6)
🔵 Imam Uqaili (rh) ne Ahmad bin Hanbal (rh) ke is farman ko zikr kar ke barqarar rakha hai. (Az-Zu’afa al-Kabir: 4/251)
🔵 Isi tarah Imam Abdur Rahman ar-Razi (rh) ne Al-Jarh wa- Ta’deel me is farman ko zikr kar ke barqarar rakha hai. Aur deegar kai ulama kahte hain ki wo sadooq to hain lekin unko waham ho jata tha jaise Imam Saji (rh) waghairah. Tafseel Tahzeeb at-Tahzeeb waghairah dekhi ja sakti hai.
🔵 Ye agarche maqbool rawi tha lekin munkar riwayate bhi bayan karta tha jaisa ke Ibn Hibban (rh) ne farmaya:
فكل حديث منكر عنده عن ايوب عن نافع عن ابن عمر
Yani har wo riwayat jisko Husain bin Waqid (an Ayyub… ki sanad se bayan kare wo riwayate (bhi) munkar hain. (As-Siqat: 6/ 210)
② Isi tarah is riwayat me maujood rawi Zaid bin Hubab sadooq wa Hasanul-Hadees to hain lekin wo waham ka shikaar the aur khata kar jaya karte the jaisa ke kai muhaddiseen ne sarahat ki hai, maslan Imam Ahmad (rh) farmate hain:
كَانَ رجل صَالِحٍ مَا نفذ فِي الحَدِيث إِلَّا بِالصلاحِ لِأَنَّهُ كَانَ كَثِيرِ الْخَطَأ قلت له من هُوَ قَالَ زيد بن الحباب
“Wo ek nek admi the, Wo hadees me sirf apni neki ki wajah se moatbar hue. Kyunke wo bahot zyada ghalatiyan karte the.” “Maine unse poochha wo kaun hain? Unhone kaha:” “Zaid bin Hubab.” (Al-Ilal wa Ma’rifat ar-Rijal li Ahmad riwayat ibnihi Abdullah: 2/96)
Maloom hua ke Zaid bin Hubab ke sadooq wa Hasanul-Hadees hone ke bawajood bhi unse waham aur khata ka sudur hota tha, lihaza aam halaat me unki bayan ki gayi riwayatehasan hongi lekin agar kisi khaas riwayat ke bare me muhaddiseen ki sarahat ya qaraain wa shawahid mil jaye ke yahan inse chook hui hai to wo khas riwayat zaeef hogi.
Mirza Sahab Ka Tarjuma Batil Aur Jahalat Par Mabni Hai
Engineer sahab ne jo tarjuma pesh kiya hai wo arabi zaban ke lihaz se bilkul ghalat hai. Is riwayat ka saheeh tarjuma is tarah hoga:
“Syedna Abdullah bin Buraida (RA) bayan karte hain: Main aur mere walid Syedna Muawiya (RA) ke paas gaye. Unhone hume bichhauno par bithaya aur khana khilaya. Phir humare paas 3k mashroob laya gaya, Syedna Muawiya (RA) ne wo piya aur mere abba jaan ko pakda diya. Phir Unhone (yani Muawiya (RA) ne kaha): “Jabse Nabi Kareem ﷺ ne (nasha awar sharab ko) haram qarar diya hai maine us waqt se use nahin piya, Syedna Muawiya (RA) ne kaha: Main Quraish me sabse zyada khubsoorat hoon aur sabse umda daanto wala hoon. Jawani me mujhe doodh ya, achchi baate karne wale insan ke alawa isse badh kar kisi aur cheez me lazzat nahin mahsoos hoti thi.” (Musnad Ahmad H# 23329)
Mirza sahab ne apne tarjume me kuch tahreefe ki hain. “Mere walid ko pakda diya to unho (Syedna Buraida (RA)) ne farmaya”. Halanki asl Arabi ibarat jo hadees me maujood hai wo is tarah hai: “ ثُمَّ نَاوَلَ أَبِي ثُمَّ قَالَ “ Tarjuma: (Muawiya (RA) ne wo bartan)phir mere walid ko pakdaya, phir (Syedna Muawiya (RA) ne) farmaya: Yahan Syedna Muawiya (RA) he ke kaam bayan kiye ja rahe hain ke Unhone piya, phir Unhone wo bartan mere walid ko pakdaya, phir Unhone he farmaya. Dar asl ye jumla Arabi grammar aur muhaware ke etbar se Syedna Muawiya (RA) ka hai.
Isi tarz par age Mirza sahab ne likha: “Jabse IS mashroob ko“aur”kabhi ISE nosh nahin kiya.” In dono jumlo me lafz ‘US’ ki jagah ‘IS’ aur ‘USE’ ki jagah ‘ISE’ istemal karke mafhoom badalne ki koshish ki. Halanke Arabi ibarat me lafz hai “مُنذُ حَرَّمَهُ” Tarjuma: Jab se US ko Rasoolullah ﷺ ne haram qarar diya hai, “مَا شَرِبْتُهُ”Maine USE nahin piya. Arabi grammar ke hisab se ‘ہ’ zameer ghayab (USE) ka segha hai na ki hazir (ISE) ka. Yani Muawiya (RA) jo bhi cheez (yani doodh) pee rahe the uske bare me nahin, balki kisi ghair hazir cheez (yani sharab) ke bare me bol rahe the. Is mafhoom ki wazahat ek aur hadees se bhi hoti hai jiska zikr age aa raha hai.
Dar haqeeqat Syedna Muawiya (RA) is ilzam se bari hain. Riwayat ke akhri jumle saf bata rahe hain ke Muawiya (RA) ne us waqt doodh he piya tha aur wo doodh he ki tareef kar rahe the. Yahi wajah hai ke Allama Haisami (rh) ne is riwayat par baab bandha hai “ما جاء في اللبن”, yani ‘Doodh ke bayan wala baab’.
Hadees Ki Wazahat Hadees Se
Jo mashroob Hazrat Muawiya (RA) ne piya tha wo (khamr) sharab nahin tha balke doodh he tha kyunke ye riwayat Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaiba me isi sanad se kuch is tarah hai jo Rafiziyo ki jahalat aur khayanat ko zahir karti hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بُرَيْدَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ: دَخَلْتُ أَنَا وَأَبِي عَلَى مُعَاوِيَةَ، فَأَجْلَسَ أَبِي عَلَى السَّرِيرِ وَأتى بِالطَّعَامِ فَأَطْعَمَنَا، وَأَتَى بِشَرَابٍ فَشَرِبَ، فَقَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ: مَا شَيْءٌ كُنْتُ أَسْتَلِتُهُ وَأَنَا شَاتٌ فَآخُذُهُ الْيَوْمَ إِلَّا اللَّبَنَ، فَإِنِّي أَخُذُهُ كَمَا كُنْتُ آخُذُهُ قَبْلَ الْيَوْمِ
Tarjuma: Abdullah bin Buraida (RA) kahte hain ke main mere walid Hazrat Muawiya (RA) ke paas dakhil hue to aapne mere walid ko charpayi par bithaya phir khana laya gaya. Humne khaya aur phir mashroob laya gaya phir (Muawiya (RA) ne) piya, Muawiya (RA) ne kaha ke mujhe jawani me bhi doodh se zyada koi cheez lazzat wali mahsoos nahin hoti thi. Aaj bhi main doodh he le raha hoon jaisa ke aaj se pahle bhi main doodh hi leta tha. (Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaibah: 6/188 H# 30560)
Is riwayat me is mashroob ke liye doodh ka lafz wazeh taur par maujood hai. Kya Muawiya (RA) ki taraf se itne wazeh alfaz aur sarahat ke ( فأخذه م سة اليوم الا اللبن) “Main aaj ke din bhi doodh hi le raha hoon” ke aa jane ke baad bhi, aise Jannati Sahabi par Ali Mirza ki taraf se aisa ta’n karna ke wo sharab (khamr) peete the, Ma’az Allah summa Ma’az Allah, sareeh gustakhi nahi!!! Ek aam insan par ilzam lagana bhi gunah kabira hai chejaeke Sahabi par ilzam lagaya jaye.
Balki Sharab peene par hadd qayam karne ki hadees khud Muawiya (RA) se marwi hai. Muawiya (RA) farmate hain ki Rasoolllah ﷺ ne farmaya: “Jo sharab piye, use kode lagao, phir agar chauthi baar piye to use qatl kar do.” (Tirmizi H# 1444)
To ye kaise mumkin hai ki wo khud sharabi par hadd ki hadees bayan kare aur khud he sabke samne piye bhi aur doosro ko pilaye bhi?
Jahalat Ki Inteha
Mirza sahab ne apne pamphlet me is riwayat ke bare me likha ki ‘Shaikh Shoaib Arnaut ne isko saheeh kaha hai.’ Lekin Shaikh Arnaut (rh) ne iski wazahat me jo likha, wo Mirza sahab ne chhupa liya.
Shaikh Arnaut (rh) likhte hain;
وقوله: “ثم قال: ما شربته منذ حرمه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم” أي: معاوية بن أبي سفيان، ولعله قال ذلك لما رأى من الكراهة والإنكار في وجه بريدة، لظنه أنه شراب محرم، والله أعلم.
Tarjuma: Aur unka ye qaul hai: ‘Phir unhone farmaya: Maine use tabse nahin piya jabse Rasoolullah ﷺ ne use haram qarar diya hai,’ yani: Mu’awiyah bin Abi Sufyan. Aur shayad unhone ye isliye kaha jab unhone Buraida ke chehre par na-pasandida-pan aur inkar dekha, kyunke unhone guman kiya ke wo ek haram sharab hai. Aur Allah hi behtar janta hai.
Yaha Shaikh Arnaut (rh) khud wazahat kar rahe hain ki “Maine use tabse nahin piya jabse Rasoolullah ﷺ ne use haram qarar diya hai,” wala jumla Muawiya (RA) ke hain. Jabki Ali Mirza ke mutabiq ye jumla Buraida (RA) ka tha. Isi tarah Shaikh Arnaut (rh) ne ye bhi wazeh kiya ki Muawiya (RA) ne andaza laga liya tha Buraida (RA) us mashroob ko shayad sharab samajh rahe hain isliye khud he wazahat bhi kar di. Lihaza Engineer sahab, Shaikh Arnaut (rh) ka is hadees par hukm to qubool kare lekin wazahat ko chhupa jaye to kya ise yahudiyo ka tarz-e-amal nahin kaha jaye?
Iske alawa haqeeqat ye hai ke adna talib-e-ilm bhi janta hai ke Arabi zaban me sharab ke liye lafz ‘khamr’ aata hai na ke ‘sharab’. Aur is poori riwayat me kahin bhi ‘Khamr’ lafz istemal he nahin hua hai.
Agar Sahabi Rasool, Syedna Buraida (RA) aur unke bete ke samne sharab pee ja rahi hoti to kya wo khamosh rahte? Aur kya aise dastarkhwan par baith kar khana peena jayaz hai jahan sar-e-aam sharab pee aur pilayi ja rahi ho? Aur kya na’uzubillah Sahaba Kiraam ki deeni ghairat wa hamiyat khatm ho chuki thi! Unme se koi bhi haq ka alambardar nahin tha jo is munkar ke khilaf aawaz uthata. Kya Syedna Hasan (RA) ne ek sharabi se sulah kar ke apni khilafat khud he unke hawale kar di thi?
Khulasa
Is wazahat se ye bat khul kar samne aa gayi ki Muawiya (RA) par sharab peene ka ilzam jahalat, bughz aur haq chhupane ke alawa kuch nahin hai. Allah hum sabko mahfooz rakhe. Aameen.
