Nabi Ki Taraf se Qurbani (Jayaz Ya Najayaz?)

Allah ke Nabi ki taraf se qurbani jayaz hai ya najayaz, ye samajhne se pahle ek buniyadi bat samajhna zaruri hai.
Islam me ibadat tauqifi amal hai. Yani ibadat sirf usi tarah ki ja sakti hai jaisa Allah aur Uske Rasool ﷺ ne bataya hai. Ibadat me asl mumaniyat hai, yani ibadat ke nam par har amal mana hai siwaye wo amal jiski daleel Kitab-o-sunnat me maujood hai. Qurbani bhi Ibadat hai. Nabi Kareem ﷺ ki taraf se qurbani karna sabit nahi hai. Is bare me sirf 2 riwayate milti hain aur dono zaeef hain. Unki tehqeeq malahiza ho.
Qurbani ke aham Masaail janne ke liye ye mazmoon padhiye.
Riwayat Number ① Aur Uska Jaayza
Allah ke Nabi ki taraf se qurbani ke bare me sabse pahle jo riwayat pesh ki jati hai, wo ye hai.
Hansh bin Mu’tamar (rh) se riwayat hai: “Maine Ali (RA) ko dekha ke aapne do dumbe zibah kiye. Maine puchha: Ye kya hai? Farmaya: Mujhe Rasoolullah ﷺ ne wasiyat ki thi ke main un ki taraf se qurbani karoon, to main un ki taraf se qurbani kar raha hoon.” (Sunan Abu Dawood: H#2790)
Iski Sanad kai wujuhat se zaeef hai.
1) Shareek bin Abdullah Qazi hifz me kamzor aur mudallis hai.
2) Abu al-Hasna majhool (unknown) hai.
3) Hakam bin Utaiba mudallis hai.
4) Hansh bin Mu’tamar jamhoor aimma-e-hadees ke nazdeek zaeef hain.
Riwayat Number ② Aur Uska Jaayza
Ali bin Abi Talib (RA) ne Eid-ul-Azha ke din ek bhed (sheep) mangwaya aur use zibah karte waqt ye alfaz kahe: “Bismillah, Allahumma mink wa lak wa min Muhammad lak.”
“Bismillah, Aye Allah! Ye qurbani teri ata hai aur teri raza ke liye hai, Muhammad Kareem ﷺ ki taraf se khalis tere liye qurban ki ja rahi hai.” (Sunan Baihaqi H# 19187)
Iski Sanad bhi kai wujuhat se zaeef hai.
1) Asim bin Shareeb majhool hai. Imam Abu Hatim (al-Jarh wa al-Ta’deel: 6/487) aur Hafiz Zahabi (Meezan al-I’tidal: 2/352) ne use “majhool” kaha hai.
2) Abu Bakr bin Rajaa Zubaidi ki tauseeq (authentication) sabit nahi.
3) Abul-Fazl, Sufyan bin Muhammad bin Mahmood Johari ki tauseeq nahi mili.
4) Abu Nasr Ahmad bin Umar bin Muhammad Iraqi ki tauseeq nahi mil saki.
Khulasa
Kisi bhi saheeh hadees se Rasoolullah ﷺ ki taraf se Qurbani ka suboot nahi hai. Iske alawa kisi bhi Sahabi, Tabi’ee, ya Taba’ Tabi’ee se bhi Nabi Kareem ﷺ ki taraf se qurbani karna sabit nahi hai. Lihaza aisa amal deen me ijad, yani ye bid’at hai.
Ye mazmoon Muhaddis Ghulam Mustafa Zaheer Amanpuri Hz ke kitab ‘Qurbani Ke Ahkam wa Masaail’ ke pg# 37-38 se liya gaya hai.
