Qurbani Ke Aham Masaail

Zul Hijjah ka mahina bahut barkaton aur fazeelaton wala mahina hai. Jin logon ko Allah ne Hajj ki taufeeq di hai wo Hajj ka fareeza pura karte hain. Aur jinko qurbani ki taufeeq di hai wo qurbani karte hain. Is mauqe par Kitabo sunnat ki raushni me Qurbani ke aham masaail aapki khidmat me pesh hain.

➤ Qurbani Sunnat Hai, Wajib Nahin

❖ Abu Salama (RA) se riwayat hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya, “jab (Zul Hijjah ka) ashra dakhil ho jaye aur tum me se koi qurbani ka irada kare to na apne bal kate aur na nakhoon kate.” (Muslim H# 5117)
(Is hadees ke alfaz se wazeh hota hai yahan bat ho rahi hai irada rakhne ki, na ki farz/wajib hone ki)

❖ Abdullah ibn Umar (RA) farmate hain “Qurbani sunnat hai khair ka kaam hai.” (Bukhari h#5545 me ta’leeqan, Taghleeq at Ta’leeq la Ibn Hajar 5/3)

❖ Abu Masood ansari (RA) farmate hain “Maine ye irada kiya ki Qurbani ko chhor doo, is wajah se ki koi isko wajib na samajh le, agarche main tumhare muqable me (mali) asani rakhta hoon” (Sunan Baihaqi 9/265)

❖ Abu Sareeha (RA) farmate hain ki “Beshak Abu Bakr (RA) aur Umar (RA) dono Qurbani nahin karte the.” (Sharah Ma’ani ul Asar 4/174, Marifatus Sunan wa aasar 5633)

❖ Imam Malik (RH) farmate hain “Qurbani sunnat hai wajib nahin, aur jo shakhs iski istita’at rakhta ho to main pasand nahin karta ki wo isko chhor de.” (Muwatta h# 1073 ke tahat)

❖ Imam Shafi’ee (RH) farmate hain “Qurbani sunnat hai aur main ise chhorna pasand nahin karta.” (Kitabul Umm 1/221)

❖ Imam Bukhari (RH) ne apni Kitab Saheeh Bukhari me Baab (chapter) ka nam rakha “Qurbani karna sunnat hai.” (Bukhari h#5545 se pahle)

Note: Ek riwayat me hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya ‘Jo shakhs qudrat aur istita’at ke bawjood qurbani na kare to wo humari Eidgaahon ke qareeb na aye.’ (Musnad Ahmad 2/321, ibn Maaja H# 3123).

Ye riwayat Nabi ﷺ se sabit nahin hai, balki Zaeef aur Munkar hai. Iske rawi Abdullah bin Ayyash zaeef hai. Is par Imam Abu Hatim Ar-razi (rh), ibn Yunus (rh), Ibn Hazam (rh) waghairah ne jarh (criticise) ki hai. Khud Imam Ahmad (rh) ne is riwayat ko Munkar (Zaeef ki ek qism) kaha hai. (Al furusiyyah la ibn Qayyim pg 200, Kitab al Furoo’ la ibn Muflih 2/309)

➤ Qurbani Ka Irada Rakhne Wala Kya Kare?

Jo shakhs Qurbani ka irada rakhta ho use chahiye ki Zul Hijjah ka chaand dikhte he apne nakhoon aur bal na kate. (Muslim h# 5119)

➤ Wo Nuqs (Aib) Jo Qurbani Ke Janwar Me Nahin Hone Chahiye

A- Dono aankh aur kaan theek hon, (Nasaai h# 4381, Tirmizi h# 1503)
B- Langra, beemar aur bahut kamzor na ho, (Abu Dawood h# 2802)
C- Seeng tooti hui na ho. (Nasaai h# 4382)

❖ Isi riwayat me mashhoor Tabi’ee, Saeed Ibn Musayyib (rh) wazahat karte hain ki jiska aadha seeng ya us se zyada toota na ho.

➤ Agar Janwar Kharidne Ke Bad Usme Koi Aib Ya Nuqs Paida Ho Jaye To?

❖ Abdullah Ibn Zubair (RA) ne Qurbani ke janwaro me ek kaani ootni dekhi to farmaya ki agar ye kharidne ke bad kaani hui hai to iski Qurbani kar lo, agar pahle se he kaani thi to doosri khareed lo. (Sunan Baihaqi 9/289)

❖ Shaikh Ibn Usaimeen (rh) Ahkaam al-Uzhiyah me likhte hain: Agar janwar me koi kami hai jo qurbani ke liye munasib nahin hai, to 2 sooraten ho sakti hain:

1 – Agar aisa malik ki apni ghalati ya la-parwahi ki wajah se hua hai, to use doosre janwar se tabdeel karna chahiye jo waisa he, ya zyada behtar ho, kyonki agar nuqsan usne kiya hai to use qurbani ke liye doosra janwar lena chahiye. Agar aisa janwar ab bhi uska hai to wo uska jo chahe kare, use beche ya kuch aur.

2 – Agar aisa malik ki ghalti ya la-parwahi ki wajah se nahin hua hai to is surat me uski qurbani kar de aur ye qurbani shumar hoti hai. Iski wajah ye hai ki ye uske pas amanat hai lekin ye nuqs uski ghalati ya la-parwahi ke baghair hua hai, isliye us par koi gunah nahin.

➤ Goonge Janwar Ki Qurbani

Goonge janwar ki Qurbani ke jayaz hone par ijma hai. (Al Ijma La ibn Munzir #220)

➤ Agar Pet Se Murda Bachcha Nikle To?

Is bat par bhi ijma hai ki zabeeha ke pet se agar bachcha murda nikla to uski maa ki Qurbani uske liye kafi hai. (Al Ijma La ibn Munzir #221)

➤ Qurbani Ke Janwar Ka Chehra Qibla Rukh Rakhna Chahiye

Ibn Umar (RA) us gosht ko khana makrooh samajhte the jise qibla rukh kiye baghair zibah kiya gaya ho. (Musannaf Abdur Razzaq h# 8585)

➤ Safar Me Bhi Qurbani Ki Ja Sakti Hai

Ibn Abbas (RA) farmate hain ki hai ki Hum Rasool Allah ﷺ ke sath safar me the. Jab Qurbani ka din aaya, to humne gaaye (cow) me 7 hisse aur oont (camel) me 10 hisse kiye.(Tirmizi h# 1501)

➤ Eid Ki Namaz Se Pahle Qurbani Durust Nahin

Rasoolullah ﷺ ne Farmaya ki jisne namaz se pahle qurbani kar li ho wo uski jagah dobara kare…….. (Bukhari h# 5562, 5563)

➤ Mayyat Ki Taraf Se Qurbani Durust Nahin

Mayyat ki taraf se Qurbani wali riwayat 2,3 wujoohat se daeef hai. (Abu Dawood h# 2790, Tirmizi h# 1495)

Han, agar sadqe ki niyat se kare to jayaz hai lekin aisi Qurbani ka sara gosht, khaal etc ghareebon ko sadqe me dena zaruri hai. Khud na khaye.

➤ Poore Ghar Ki Taraf Se EK Qurbani KAFI hai

❖ Abu Ayyub Ansari (RA) farmate hain “Hum ek bakri ki Qurbani kiya karte the. Admi apni taraf se aur apne ghar walo ki taraf se (ek bakri Qurban) karta tha. Phir bad me logo ne ek doosre par fakhr karna shuru kar diya.” (Muwatta h# 1069, Ibn Maaja h# 3147) (Yahan ghar se matlab wo family hai jisme poore ghar ka ek sarbarah (head) ho)

➤ Eidgah Me Bhi Qurbani Karna Jayaz Hai

Abdullah bin Umar (RA) farmate hain ki Rasool Allah ﷺ (qurbani) zibah aur nahar eidgah me kiya karte the. (Bukhari h# 5551, 5552)

➤ Janwar Dusre Se Zibah Karwana Jayaz Hai

Qurbani ka janwar khud zibah karna SUNNAT hai aur dusre se karwana JAYAZ hai. (Muwatta h# 145, Nasaai h# 4424)

➤ Qurbani Ka Gosht Khud Khana Wajib Nahin

Qurbani ka gosht khud khana wajib nahin balki mustahab hai, aur uske 3 barabar hisse karna bhi zaruri nahin hai. Chahe to sara gosht ghareebo me taqseem kar de.

➤ Qurbani Ke Janwar Ke Sath Narmi Ka Sulook

❖ Allah ke rasool ﷺ ne farmaya “Jab tum zibah karo to usme bhi achchhai ka sulook karo, is tarah ki tum apni chhuri ko khoob tez kar lo taki apne zabiha ko aram do.” (Muslim h# 5055)

❖ Allah ke rasool ﷺ ka guzar ke shakhs par se hua jisne bakri ke baghal par pair rakha tha aur chhuri tez kar raha tha aur bakri use dekh rahi thi. Aap ﷺ ne farmaya “ye pahle he kyon nahin kiya, kya tum use 2 maut dena chahte ho?” (Mu’ajmul Ausat h# 3590)

➤ Aurat Khud Bhi Zibah Kar Sakti Hai

Abu Musa Ashari (RA) apni betiyon ko hukm dete the ki wo Qurbani khud apne haathon se kare. (Musannaf Abdur Razzaq h# 8169)

➤ Qurbani Ka Gosht Ghair-Muslimon Ko Dena Durust Hai

Allah ka farman hai: “Allah tumhe unke sath achchha sulook aur insaf karne se nahin rokta jin logo ne deen ke bare me tumse jang nahin ki aur tumhe gharon se nahin nikala. Beshak Allah insaf karne walo ko pasand karta hai. (Surah Al Mumtahina # 8)
