Namaz sabse afzal ibadat hai. Iman lane ke bad sabse pahli cheez jo farz hoti hai woh namaz hai. Aakhirat ke maidan me sabse pahla sawal namaz ka hi hoga. Isliye hamare liye namaz sahi tariqe se padhna bahut zaroori hai. Aaiye dekhte hain ki Ahle Sunnat wal Jama’at ki taleemat ke mutabiq hamare Nabi ﷺ ki mukammal namaz ka tarika kya hai.
Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Namaz us tarah padho jis tarah mujhe padhte hue dekhte ho.” (Bukhari H# 631)
Sunnat Ke Mutabiq Namaz Ka Tarika
Namaz ke kai arkan hain. Hum tafseel se hawalo ke saath Rasoolullah ﷺ ki namaz ka pura tariqa dekhenge. Har rukn ke sath uska pura hawala diya gaya hai taki jo hazraat tahqeeq karna chahe unke liye aasani ho.
Qiyam Ka Sunnat Tariqa
❖ Har amal ki tarah namaz ke liye bhi niyat zaruri hai. Niyat dil ke irade ka nam hai. Namaz shuru karte waqt zaban se niyat karna Rasoolullah ﷺ ya kisi bhi sahabi (RA) se sabit nahi hai. Iske alawa charo imamo se bhi kisi se iska suboot nahi milta. Lihaza aisa karna bid’at hai.
(ye bhi padhiye: Niyat ke bare mein hamare buzurgane deen kya kahte hain.)
❖ Rasoolullah ﷺ jab namaz ke liye khade hote to Ka’aba ki taraf rukh karke rafa yadain (dono hath uthaya) karte aur farmate “Allahu Akbar.” (Ibn Majah H# 803)
❖ Sahaba Kiram ba-jama’at namaz me doosre ke kandhe se kandha aur takhne se takhna milate the. (Abu Dawood H# 662)
❖ Rafa yadain karte waqt aap ﷺ apne dono hath kandhon tak uthate, (Bukhari H# 736, Muslim H# 861)
aur kabhi kabhi kaanon tak bhi uthate the. (Muslim H# 865)
Lihaza dono tariqe jayaz hain, lekin rafa yadain karte waqt hathon se kaanon ko chhoona ya pakadna kisi bhi sahih hadees se sabit nahi hai.
Note: Namaz shuru karte waqt zaban se niyat karna Rasoolullah ﷺ ya kisi bhi Sahabi (ra) se sabit nahi hai. Iske alawa charo imamo me se bhi kisi se iska suboot nahi milta. Lihaza aisa karna bid’at hai.
❖ Phir aap ﷺ apna daahina hath baayen hath par rakhte the.
❖ Logo ko (Rasoolullah ﷺ ki taraf se) yeh hukm diya jata tha ki namaz me daahina hath baayin ‘zira’a’ par rakhen. (Bukhari H# 740, Muwatta Imam Malik H# 377)
Zira’a: Kohni ke sire se darmiyani ungli ke sire tak ka hissa kahlata hai [Arabi lughat (dictionary) al-Qamus page 568]
❖ Sayyidina Wail ibn Hujr (ra) farmate hain, “Phir aap ﷺ ne apna daahina hath apni baayin hatheli, kalai (wrist) aur sa’ad par rakha.” (Abu Dawood H# 727, Nasaai H# 890)
Sa’ad: Kohni se hatheli tak ka hissa kahlata hai [Arabi lughat (dictionary) al-Qamus page 769]
❖ Phir aap ﷺ aahista awaz me ‘Sana’ (yani pura Subhanakallahumma) padhte. (Muslim H# 892, Abu Dawood H# 775, Nasaai H# 900)
❖ Phir aap ﷺ ‘A’uzu billahi minash-shaitanir-rajeem’ (Bukhari H# 6115, Muslim H# 6646, Musannaf Abdur-Razzaq H# 2589)
Aur ‘Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Raheem’ padhte. (Nasaai H# 906, Sahih Ibn Khuzaima H# 499)
❖ Phir aap ﷺ Surah Fatiha padhte. (Bukhari H# 743, Muslim H# 892)
Rasoolullah ﷺ farmate the, “Jo shakhs Surah Fatiha nahi padhta, uski namaz nahi hoti.” (Bukhari H# 756, Muslim H# 874)
Aur yeh bhi farmate the, “Imam ke pichhe qira’at mat kiya karo siwaye Surah Fatiha ke, kyonki jo Surah Fatiha nahi padhta, uski namaz nahi hoti.” (Abu Dawood H# 823, Tirmizi H# 311)
❖ Aap ﷺ Jahri (oonchi awaz se qira’at wali) namaz me Ameen bhi oonchi awaz se karte the. (Abu Dawood H# 932, 933, Nasaai H# 880)
❖ Phir aap ﷺ koi Surah padhte aur usse pahle ‘Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Raheem’ padhte. (Muslim H# 894)
❖ Rasoolullah ﷺ (4 rak’at farz ki) pehli 2 rak’ato me Surah Fatiha ke sath koi aur Surah bhi ya Quran ka kuch hissa padhte. (Bukhari H# 762, Muslim H# 1013, Abu Dawood H# 859)
❖ Aur aakhri 2 rak’ato me sirf Surah Fatiha padhte aur kabhi kabhi koi Surah bhi mila lete the. (Bukhari H# 776, Muslim H# 1013, 1014)
Note: Rasoolullah ﷺ qira’at ke bad ruku se pahle ‘Sakta’ (yani kuch der ke liye waqfa) bhi farmate the. (Abu Dawood H# 777, 778, Ibn Majah H# 845)
Ruku Ka Sunnat Tareeqa
❖ Phir Rasoolullah ﷺ ruku ke liye takbeer kahte aur apne hathon se ghutno ko mazbooti se pakadte, apni kamar jhukate, aur apni ungliyan khol lete the. (Bukhari H# 828, Abu Dawood H# 731)
❖ Aapka ﷺ sar na to peeth se ooncha hota aur na neecha, balki peeth ki seedh me bilkul barabar hota. (Abu Dawood H# 730)
❖ Aur dono hath apne baghlon se door rakhte. (Abu Dawood H# 734)
❖ Aap ﷺ ruku me ‘Subhana Rabbiyal ‘Azeem’ padhne ka hukm dete the. (Muslim H# 1814, Abu Dawood H# 869)
Is dua ko kam se kam 3 bar padhna chahiye. (Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaiba H# 2571)
❖ Iske sath sath aur bhi kai azkar jo sahih ahadees se sabit hain, padhe ja sakte hain.
Qauma Ka Sunnat Tareeqa
Ruku ke bad khade hone ki halat ko Qauma kahte hain.
❖ Phir jab aap ﷺ ruku se sar uthate to kahte, ‘Sami’allahu liman hamidah, Rabbana lakal hamd.’ (Bukhari H# 789)
‘Rabbana Wa lakal hamd’ kehna bhi sabit hai. (Bukhari H# 789)
❖ Ek bar Rasoolullah ﷺ ke peeche ek sahabi ne padha ‘Rabbana walakal hamd, hamdan kathiran tayyiban mubarakan feeh.’ To is par aap ﷺ ne farmaya, “Maine 30 se zyada farishto ko iska sawab likhne me jaldi karte aur ek doosre se sabqat lete hue dekha.” (Bukhari H# 799)
(Yani ye alfaz padhna behtar hai aur sawab ka zariya hai)
Sajdah Ka Sunnat Tareeqa
❖ Phir aap ﷺ takbeer kahte hue sajdah ke liye jhukte the. Aap ﷺ farmate the, “Mujhe 7 haddiyo par sajdah karne ka hukm diya gaya hai, peshani (matha) aur nak, 2 hath, 2 ghutne aur 2 pair.” (Bukhari H# 812)
❖ Aur farmate hain ki “Jab tum sajdah karo to Oont ki tarah na baitho (balki) apne dono hathon ko ghutno se pahle zameen par rakho.” (Abu Dawood H# 840)
Note: Sajdah me jate waqt pahle ghutno aur phir hathon ko rakhne wali sari ahadees zaeef hain. (Dekhiye Abu Dawood H# 838)
❖ Rasoolullah ﷺ sajdah me nak aur peshani zameen par khoob jama kar rakhte, apne bazuon ko apne baghlon se door karte aur dono hatheliya kandho ke barabar (zameen) par rakhte the. (Abu Dawood H# 734, Muslim H# 1105)
❖ Sar ko dono hathon ke beech rakhte. (Abu Dawood H# 726)
❖ Aur hathon ko apne kaanon se aage na le jate. (Nasaai H# 890)
❖ Aur hathon ki ungliyon ko ek doosre se mila kar rakhte aur unhe qibla rukh rakhte. (Sunan Baihaqi 2/112, Mustadrak Hakim 1/227)
❖ “Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ki ‘Sajde me e’tidal karo aur apne hathon ko kutto (dogs) ki tarah na bichhao.’ (Bukhari H# 822)
(Is hadees ke tahat aurte bhi aati hain ki wo bhi sajde me bazu na bichhaye kyonki mardo aur aurto ki namaz ke tariqe me koi farq nahi hai aur is bare me jo bhi riwayat pesha ki jati hain wo sakht zaeef hain)
❖ Aap ﷺ sajde me apni dono ediyon ko mila lete. (Sunan Baihaqi 2/116, Sahih Ibn Khuzaima H# 654)
❖ Aur pairon ki ungliyon ko qibla rukh mod lete. (Nasaai H# 1102)
Note: Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya ki ‘Us shakhs ki namaz nahi jiski nak peshani ki tarah zameen par nahi lagti.’ (Sunan Dar Qutni 1/348)
❖ Rasoolullah ﷺ sajdon me yeh dua padhne ka hukm dete the ‘Subhana rabbial a’la’ (Muslim H# 1814, Abu Dawood H# 869)
❖ Is dua ko kam se kam 3 bar padhna chahiye (Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaiba H# 2571)
(Iske sath sath aur bhi kai azkar jo sahih ahadees se sabit hain, padhe ja sakte hain)
Jalsa Ka Sunnat Tareeqa
Sajde ke bad baithne ki halat ko Jalsa kahte hain.
❖ Rasoolullah ﷺ takbeer kah kar sajde se sar uthate aur daahina paanv khada kar aur baayan paanv bichha kar us par baith jaya karte the. (Bukhari H# 827, Abu Dawood H# 730)
❖ Rasoolullah ﷺ do sajdon ke beech yeh dua padhte the ‘Rabbigh firli, Rabbigh firli’. (Abu Dawood H# 874, Nasaai H# 1146, Ibn Majah H# 897)
❖ Rasoolullah ﷺ doosre sajde ke bad bhi kuch deer ke liye baithte aur isko na sirf namaz ke sukoon ka hissa qarar dete balki iska hukm bhi farmate the. (Bukhari H# 757) (Isko Jalsa Istirahat kahte hain)
❖ Rasoolullah ﷺ pahli aur teesri rak’at me jalsa istirahat ke bad khade hone ke liye zameen par dono hathon ke sahare khade hote the. (Bukhari H# 823, 824)
Tashahhud Ka Sunnat Tariqa
❖ Rasoolullah ﷺ jab bhi tashahhud ke liye baithte to apne dono hath apni dono raano (thighs) par rakhte aur kabhi-kabhi ghutno par bhi rakhte the. (Muslim H# 1308, 1310)
❖ Phir apni daayen angoothe ko darmiyani ungli se mila kar halqa (circle) bana lete. Aap ﷺ apni shahadat ki ungli ko thoda sa jhuka dete aur ungli se ishara karte hue uske sath tashahhud me dua karte. (Muslim H# 1308, Abu Dawood H# 991, Ibn Majah H# 912)
❖ Aur ungli ko (aahista-aahista) harkat bhi dete aur uski taraf dekhte rahte the. (Nasaai H# 1161, 1162, 1269, Ibn Majah H# 912)
Note: ‘La ilaha’ par ungli uthana aur ‘illallah’ par jhuka dena kisi bhi hadees se sabit nahi hai. Iske khilaf sahih ahadees se yeh sabit hua ki poore tashahhud me halqa bana kar shahadat ki ungli ko harkat dete rehna chahiye.
❖ Pahle tashahhud me bhi durood padhna jaiz amal hai (Nasaai H# 1721, Muwatta Malik H# 204) lekin agar koi sirf ‘At-tahiyyatu…’ padh kar hi khada ho jaye to yeh bhi durust hai jaisa ki Abdullah ibn Mas’ud (ra) ki riwayat se pata chalta hai. (Musnad Ahmad H# 4382)
❖ Rasoolullah ﷺ aakhri tashahhud me baayen paanv ko daahine paanv ke neeche se bahar nikaal kar baayen koolhe par baith jate aur daahine paanv ka panja qibla rukh kar lete. (Bukhari H# 828, Abu Dawood H# 730) (Isko tawarruk kahte hain)
❖ Tashahhud me ‘At-tahiyyatu…’ aur durood padhna chahiye. (Bukhari H# 1202, 3370, Muslim H# 897, 908)
❖ Durood ke bad jo duaen sahih ahadees aur Quran se sabit hain, padhna chahiye. (Bukhari H# 835, Muslim H# 897)
❖ Iske bad daahine aur baayen taraf ‘As-salaamu ‘alaikum wa rahmatullah’ kahte hue salam pherna chahiye. (Bukhari H# 838, Muslim H# 1315, Tirmizi H# 295)
Note: Farz namaz ke bad sar par haath rakh kar dua, azkaar padhne ka suboot kisi bhi sahih hadees se nahi hai. Isse mutalliq jo hadees pesha ki jaati hai who zaeef hain.
To ye tha Allah ke Habib ﷺ ka namaz ka tarika jo sahih hadeeso se sabit hai. Hame bhi isi tarike se namaz padhna chahiye taki Allah ke yahan qubool ho.
